MISSION
Ensure implementation of Talent and Learning strategies and processes across the company, in order to support the achievement of company’s objectives to be a high performing organization and an employer of choice.
OPERATIONAL DELIVERY
- Talent Management
- Ensure identification of critical talent and implement relevant initiatives to develop and retain them, in alignment with Group guidelines, EVP and local environment specificities:
- Organize and drive talent identification sessions
- Ensure relevance of nominees
- Collect and challenge identified learning needs
- Ensure formalization of PDPs / retention actions for each talent identified
- Monitor the implementation of agreed actions, report and recommend improvements/corrections where needed
- Ensure effective definition and update of succession plans, as well as identification of successors’ development actions and their effective implementation
- Ensure successors identification of HODs and other positions as required, within divisions
- Organize and support facilitation of Talent Board meeting
- Provide necessary information to Talent Board members so that appropriate decisions are made in line with ethics, policy and procedure
- Ensure validation of the succession plans
- Ensure update of successors profiles and relevant development / retention actions
- Monitor implementation of agreed actions, report and recommend specific actions/ improvements / corrections as necessary
- Ensure adequate communication with all relevant stakeholders to keep them engaged in the process
- Ensure implementation of other Group driven actions related to Talent, in collaboration with other HR functions and Management teams of all Divisions
Learning and development
- Identify learning priorities based on strategic objectives of the organization and push them to the various divisions
- Ensure collection of learning needs form each division and check their alignment with business strategic priorities
- Communicate appropriately to support the definition of personal development plans for each staff and collect needs requiring Leaning unit intervention
- Ensure validation of learning plan by the relevant stakeholders
- Identify appropriate learning solutions and delivery modes to address the needs (on-the job, elearning, classroom, etc)
- Recommend, implement and promote initiatives / Tools supporting staff development
- Ensure execution of learning actions as defined for general staff and talent pool:
o Timely triggering of procurement process where appropriate
o Follow-up of the process and escalate as necessary to avoid delays
o Organization of sessions /learning actions
o Monitoring of execution and reporting
- Ensure implementation of Group driven actions and compliance with Group requirements in terms of learning and development
- Monitor impact of learning activity on staff’s performance and engagemen
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training:
o Timely and appropriate use and reporting of ARTCI learning budget,
o Timely and relevant use and reporting of FDFP budget
- Suggest and implement local initiatives to support the development and retention of staff and specifically critical talent
- Keep abreast of evolutions in Talent and L&D practices and recommend improvements to current processes
EDUCATION/ BUSINESS DEGREE
- Minimum of 4-year degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline (Learning/education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication…)
- Good command in English
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources Department, with experience in supervising/managing others work
- Experience in a multinational company, (Telecom industry advantageous)
- Experience in handling Learning and/or Talent related matters
