EDUCATION Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent / MBA or Masters advantageousFluent in English and language of Country preferable.
WORK EXPERIENCE 5 to 8 years’ senior management experience or more with at least 3 years in relevant sector/industry (understanding emerging Market Advantageous)Worked accross diverse cultures and geographiesExposure to HR Commitees.
CERTIFICATIONS Relevant HR CertificationRegistration as at least a Master HR PractitionerStrategic HR ManagementStrategic Talent Management.
